Universal Orlando is gearing up for a fun summer.

We might have to wait until 2025 for Epic Universe to make its big debut, but a new DreamWorks Land will open on June 14th. Universal Orlando is also getting something else new this summer: an all-new Tribute Store dedicated to some of the most ICONIC movies throughout history.
Universal’s Tribute Store is a themed shop that changes with seasons and events. For example, the Tribute Store had a Mardi Gras theme during Universal’s Mardi Gras celebration and a holiday theme through the holiday months. Well, a new summer Tribute Store is coming soon.

The new Summer Tribute Store will open on May 24th and will feature some of the most iconic movies ever, including Ghostbusters, Back to the Future, E.T., Jaws, and Shrek! The store will have a TOTALLY AWESOME 1980s theme and will sell merchandise from those films. Look out for special props, photo ops, and more.

You’ll find the Summer Tribute Store in the Hollywood area of Universal Studios Florida. The ’80s theme will be a sort of mall with three “mega” rooms: Mega Video Rental video store, a Mega Castle Arcade, and the Tribute Theatre. You’ll find all kinds of fun photo ops and movie easter eggs throughout the store, too.

There will be new merchandise, of course, including clothing, accessories, home and kitchen goods, and more. Later, the Summer Tribute Store will carry new interactive bubble wands inspired by Trolls, Minions, and Jurassic World. These wands will not only interact with each other, but also with floats during the Universal Mega Movie Parade, which starts on July 3rd.

So be sure to stop by Universal Orlando to check out the new store when it opens. We can’t WAIT to see what it will look like when it is complete.
