It’s time!
Disney World vacation booking for 2025 is officially OPEN, which means that now is an excellent time to start planning and budgeting those vacations. Yep, we saw ticket price increases that you definitely need to be aware of, but now we’re going to talk about another price increase. The Disney Dining Plan will be  MORE expensive in 2025. Here’s what you need to know!
The Disney Dining Plan returned for the first time since the 2020 pandemic closures on January 9th, 2024. The dining plan is only available to those with vacation packages — meaning they booked a hotel stay and park tickets already.
However, the days that you are eligible for the Dining Plan corresponds with the amount of days you’ll be staying at a Disney World hotel rather than the amount of days for which you have park tickets.
When the Dining Plan returned in 2024, the costs are as follows:
Quick Service Disney Dining Plan:
- $57.01 per night per adult (ages 10 and up)
- $23.83 per night per child (age 3-9)
The quick service dining plan includes two quick service meals and one snack per night.
- $94.28 per night per adult (ages 10 and up)
- $26.69 per night per child (age 3-9)
The basic dining plan includes one table service meal, one quick service meal, and one snack per night.
In 2025, we can expect to see price increases for both dining plan types. They are as follows:
Quick Service Disney Dining Plan:
- $59.14 per night per adult (ages 10 and up)
- $24.70 per night per child (age 3-9)
Basic Disney Dining Plan
- $97.70 per night per adult (ages 10 and up)
- $30.78 per night per child (age 3-9)
As you can see, each Disney Dining Plan type increased by at least $2, and while this might seem nominal, those increases can add up — especially if you will be traveling with a large party. The Disney Dining Plan is a great option if you’re hoping to budget out your meals, as the Plan is pre-paid.
However, it’s better to gauge beforehand whether or not the plan will be WORTH the price — because you do have to be willing to eat a lot of food, and you do have to keep in mind that not every restaurant or snack location will accept the Dining Plan Credits.
