In case you missed it, we’ve been hanging out in Arendelle this week, aka the new World of Frozen land in Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.

It’s been really exciting, too. We’ve had a chance to ride a brand new roller coaster, Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs, as well as check out the land’s version of Frozen Ever After. However, one of the BEST things about this land is all the little details you can find. So let’s take a look at some of the Easter Eggs you’ll find in World of Frozen.
If you look up at the windows of the buildings, you’ll notice a little cat peeking out from one of them. That’s the cat held by Olaf in the featurette Olaf’s Frozen Adventure.

In Frozen Fever, we see Hans shoveling manure as punishment for his actions against Arendelle. Now check out this Southern Isles Fertilizer barrel.Â

You see that salamander? Disney Imagineers saw one when they did a creative review, so carpenters carved it into the wall.

EPCOT fans might recognize a building in this painting inside the Golden Crocus Inn. It’s referencing Royal Sommerhaus, where you can meet Elsa and Anna at Disney World.

You’ll find lots of little details from the Frozen movies, including crates from Weselton.

In the shop, you’ll see a Toy Soldier. This is a reference to Danish author Hans Christian Andersen’s novel, The Steadfast Tin Soldier.

There’s another nod to that story with a ballerina — the tin soldier in the story was in love with a paper ballerina. Hans Christian Andersen wrote The Snow Queen which was used as inspiration for Frozen.

Looking down, you’ll see some familiar footprints, well, some familiar footprints and hoofprints. Those are from Kristoff and Sven.

What are all those ice blocks for in Frozen Ever After? Well, look closely and you’ll see they contain chilled carrots for Sven. Believe it or not, this was a detail Imagineers originally wanted for the EPCOT ride, but they didn’t have enough space for it.

In Frozen Fever, Oaken offers Elsa a Cold Remedy after he hears her sneezing. Well, that cold remedy turns up in World of Frozen.

At the end of the first Frozen movie, Anna says that Elsa has declared Kristoff the official Ice Master of Arendelle. There’s a registry of ice deliveries in World of Frozen.

We love all the nods to all the Frozen movies and featurettes throughout the land. We’ll let you know if we spot even more, so be sure to check back with AllEars again soon.
