It’s been a month since Disney Genie, Disney Genie+, and Individual Attraction Selection debuted at Disney World.
And we recently learned that these services would soon arrive at Disneyland — and today is the day! We’re at Disneyland learning all the ins and outs of how these work there, including the prices of Individual Attraction Selections!
The highest price we’ve seen for the Individual Attraction Selection (aka pay-per-ride) for Disney World’s Rise of the Resistance, has been $15. However, with the debut of the service today at Disneyland, we noticed that the price is a bit higher. The price to ride Rise of the Resistance at Disneyland is a whopping $20 per person.
Granted, with that being said, the cost of Disney Genie+ at Disneyland is also $20 per ticket per day, which is also $5 higher than Genie+ at Disney World, which is $15 per ticket per day. But will guests pay $20 to skip the lines of one of Disneyland’s most popular rides?
By comparison, The Individual Attraction Selection price for another popular ride at Disney California Adventure, WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure, is only $7 per person. Both rides also still have a virtual queue system (which Rise of the Resistance in Disney World does not), although on slower days, the lines are standby only.
