Celebrate New Year's Eve With an Exclusive Event at Universal Studios Hollywood!

This year, there are a ton of unique ways to celebrate New Year’s Eve.

If you’re visiting Disney Springs, you can check out specialty menus at several restaurants, and Disney World is potentially gearing up to ring in the new year with the return of their New Year’s Eve fireworks shows in the parks. And, if you live on the West Coast, there’s another way to celebrate the holiday at Universal Studios Hollywood!

Universal Studios Hollywood will be hosting their annual EVE event on December 31st, 2021 from 9PM to 2AM in the park.

During this time, guests will be able to hop on rides (though keep in mind that all attractions will close at 1AM), take advantage of exclusive EVE-themed photo opportunities throughout the park, and celebrate with a special countdown to midnight fireworks.

Plus, there will also be three live entertainment Party Areas including:

“Latin Beats” featuring Latin favorites near Jurassic World – The Ride
“Electric New Year” featuring Electronic Dance Music at Springfield, U.S.A.
“Rock the Night” featuring Pop/Rock/Hip-Hop tunes at Universal Plaza

Throughout the night, there will also be specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and champagne available for purchase and exclusive glow-in-the-dark items.

Tickets for the EVE event cost $134 per person, though you can opt for the Universal Express ticket for $279 or the Universal Express Unlimited ticket for $319.

Universal Studios Hollywood’s website notes that guests ages 12 and older should “be prepared to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (a full 14 days after final dose administered) or a valid negative test for Park entry.”
