  1. We could only hope that the Disney board members can hear the voices of park guest who remember what made the Disney Company magical, a cut above others. We hope they can see past the mountains of money, the voices of stockholders and return the vision and image of company that the founders imagined. Yes Virgina, there was a time when the enjoyment of the guest was first in Disney’s priorities.

  2. How do we contact Susan Arnold to express our congratulations and our hopes that she will return Disney World into the magical place it was before the pandemic? We always stay at a Disney resort— mainly for the three perks that are no longer offered- fast pass, magical express and the dining a senior who spends LOTS OF MONEY in the park, the idea of having to find and pay for transportation to Wdw (after flying all day cross country to get there); and then having to navigate and pay for rides in the park,’s just created a real dilemma. Please let her know we love Disney World and want to return to a stress free vacation where we knew where to be to ride certain rides, and did not worry about getting to and from the airport..I’m sorry, but as a patron, I just wish we could express our thoughts to someone who will listen to our concerns.

  3. Whoever she is, I hope she is a lifelong Disney fan, and gets Disney back to what Disney is suppose to be and keep Walt’s dream going, unlike the recent changes. Disney is too woke and too greedy, and lost their way, I hope she makes big changes to get back to what “Disney” was and suppose to be.
