Tickets On Sale Now for Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Fan Event

Destination D23 is a Disney fan event coming to Disney’s Contemporary Resort this fall!

From panels on Disney history to current projects to upcoming films, we’re expecting some big news coming out of this year’s event. And if you can’t wait to go, then good news — tickets are on sale now!

Tickets can be purchased today by D23 Gold Members. When we hit the website to purchase ours, we were placed in a virtual queue.

Ticket prices are $249 for general seating and $399 for preferred. Both ticket types also require a $7 processing fee. It only took us a few minutes to get through the queue, but once we made it in, the preferred seats were already sold out! It looks like Destination D23 is going to be very popular this year.

The event will feature an exclusive panel on the construction and early days of Disney World, a review of the history of Disney World music, and a deep dive into the art of Disney World. All of these events celebrate 50 years of Disney World!

Also, the event will feature a special look and celebration of Disney’s upcoming film, Encanto!
