Along with Disneyland’s official opening date next month, we were told that Black Widow‘s premiere will be a “last minute call” and that streaming services may continue well into the future. Yet, we also heard a few extra details about the demand in Disney Parks!

During the Disney segment of the Bloomberg Markets and Finance discussion, CEO Bob Chapek went into detail about the guests who have been returning to parks. He said that the company has been “thrilled” with the demand from families as they continue to place future reservations.

Chapek stated that a lot of this demand comes from the “confidence that we’re seeing the light at the end of the tunnel” and the “tremendous trust in our brand.” Guests have continued to actually travel to the parks or book trips in the future because they “know Disney’s going to do it right […] know that we’ll be responsible as we do that.”

Chapek also shared that Disney’s “guest satisfaction score” since they have reopened across the world has shown that guests “are even more satisfied than they were prior to the pandemic.”

We’ve continued to see Disney Park Passes sell out in the parks during its peak times as crowds have made their way back into Disney World. Before we head to “A Touch of Disney” in Disney California Adventure today, tickets for the limited-time event sold out VERY fast.
