While Disneyland and Disney California Adventure have yet to announce a reopening date, Downtown Disney continues its phased reopening, which began on July 9th.

Guests will now have another way to score exclusive merchandise items at Disneyland’s shopping and dining district, without the need to wait in any long lines!
The former location of ESPN Zone has been transformed to a shopping destination that houses new Disneyland merchandise items. Beginning today, August 24th, guests can reserve a one-hour shopping window on either August 31st, September 1st, or September 2nd to purchase these new items. Note that a reservation is required and walk-ins will not be accommodated at this time.

Purchases will be limited to two per style per reservation. Guests must be prepared to present their reservation confirmation, along with a photo ID and the credit card provided at the time of booking. Note that only ONE Guest will be permitted to enter per reservation, and is limited to the Guest with the reservation only. A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking a reservation. No shows will be charged $10 per reservation.

The shopping location will house exclusive items that guests cannot purchase anywhere else. The first collection of featured products includes new 65th Anniversary Pins, featuring many of Disneyland’s classic attractions and landmarks.

Each of the pins is in a limited edition set of 2,000 each and retails for $17.99. The collection includes attractions like Snow White’s Scary Adventures, Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride, Autopia, and King Arthur Carrousel!

Additional merchandise items may also be available to shop! For now, it looks like Disneyland is implementing new ways for shoppers to score exclusive, limited-edition merchandise items without the hassle of waiting in long lines.
