With the ongoing global health crisis, masks and face coverings have become recommended in several places and required in others. ShopDisney even launched their own line of masks featuring Disney characters.
Today, Disney World announced that they were helping the Orlando Ballet give back to the community. During the temporary suspension of their season, the wardrobe department of the Orlando Ballet has been sewing masks and face coverings for healthcare workers throughout the local community.
Disney World joined in by donating over 400 yards of fabric and 2,400 yards of elastic. They estimate that about 3,000 masks can be made from these materials! Check out more details in the video below!
