While the Disney Parks are closed, the AllEars team is doing their best to help flatten the curve with social distancing! And while we’re bringing you plenty of packing tips, and history posts during this time, we’re also looking to bring a little silly fun along the way (Exhibit A: We dressed our pets up as Disney characters). So today, we’re gonna spill some tea.
Here they are — the AllEars Teams is baring all with their Disney confession!
“It’s Tough to Be a Bug is actually the scariest ride at Disney World”
“I always feel super awkward with face character interactions so I try to avoid them at all cost.”
“I’ve bear hugged every Disney character I’ve ever met”
“I still close my eyes on Dinosaur.”
“I’ve never bought a Disney balloon.”
“I liked Wishes better than Happily Ever After”
“I’ve never had a photo with Mickey.”
“I once jumped to the ground in fear when the macaws from Winged Encounters flew over Animal Kingdom.”
“When I was a kid I aggressively stuffed fruit loops in Mickey’s mouth at what’s now ‘Ohana, resulting in Mickey falling over.”
“I didn’t care about Illuminations closing cause I thought it was boring.”
“I have a Carrot Cake Cookie [from Disney] in my freezer right now because while everyone else was hoarding toilet paper…”
“I have a Minnie Ears addiction.”
“I still get pixie dusted like a child every time I’m at Disney.”
“I can’t take a good picture with Mickey because I still get so excited I look like I’ve just met one of The Beatles.”
“In Animal Kingdom, Everest is better than Flight of Passage.”
“I haven’t seen most of the new live-action movies because I’d always rather watch 2D animation.”
“I cry at every Disney World show.”
“I cover my eyes in the Ursula scene of Voyage of the Little Mermaid, Happily Ever After, and Fantasmic.”
“I still believe in magic, fairy godmothers, and pixie dust.”
So now it’s your turn — we want to hear YOUR Disney confessions, so share ’em in the comments below!
Every time I hear the opening music from “The Lion King”, no matter where, I’m like a light switch and the tears start flowing. I have to wear my sunglasses inside the “Festival of the Lion King” show.
I cry every time we are riding the Magical (Tragical) Express back to MCO.
I tear up the first time I walk through the magic kingdom gates & see the castle. I’m tearing up thinking about it.
Also outside of Disney I would say the hot dogs there are mediocre at best but put the Disney magic on it when inside those gates & I must always get one.
I have never had a Disney balloon even though every few years when we go I say I will buy one I never do
Love the mickey bars. Love Caseys hots dogs. One of the best evenings my wife and I ever had at Disney didn’t include a day in the parks. Couples massage at Grand Floridan Spa. Shopping at Disney Springs with a stop over in the Void Star Wars experience. Wine tasting at Top of the World Lounge. Did the Highway in the Sky dine around which was amazing and so much fun!
I have not been to Disneyland since sixth grade. As I write this, I am in my third year of college and DESPERATE to go back, especially since Galaxy’s Edge is open!
I forced my daughters wedding party to ride Mission Space, one day before their wedding at the Grand Floridian Wedding Pavillon.it was new at the time. Half of the them were still feeling sick walking down the aisle! Especially the poor groom! Oops! Bad mother in law.
I have never had a Mickey premium ice cream bar. Maybe next time…
I’m 70 and feel like a kid when at Disney world, it’s my happy place.😁
I like Soarin’ Over California better than Soarin’ Around the World!!! And, I’ve never eaten a Casey’s hot dog…maybe someday, LOL!
I laughed at all of these and I knew exactly which ones were Molly’s lol
Soarin still makes me anxious as I can’t believe that little strap holds you in
