Get Your Binge On With 14 Experimental Shorts on Disney+’s “Short Circuit”

Short films are at the heart of Disney animation. Before there was Snow White, there was Steamboat Willie, the Alice series, and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.

Now, you can catch 14 new experimental shorts on Disney+, thanks to Short Circuit!

The new collection of films ranges from the humorous, to the artistic, to the bizarre, but all of them have that classic Disney touch!

Short Circuit is Walt Disney Animation’s answer to SparkShorts; the similar series from Pixar. Each short is written, animated, and directed by up-and-comers in the industry. ©Disney

Each short features an introduction by their creator, explaining the philosophy and artistry that went into their creation. You can skip these if you like (there’s even a helpful button!), but fans of animation definitely won’t want to miss this.

Short Circuit is available on Disney+ right now, with all episodes available for immediate streaming.
