Disney just released the concept art of the upcoming DVC time-share tower, as well as a few details as to what amenities can be expected. This all comes as a final site plan, and conditional use permit, have officially been filed with the city of Anaheim!

According to Disney, the 12-story tower will feature a Mickey-shaped spa, an outdoor pool bar, and multi-level grand villas with large balconies. Needless to say, it has the potential to be pretty lux!

The proposed space would add 350 DVC rooms to the Disneyland Hotel property, which would include 271 large studios, 38 small two-person studios, 20 two-bedroom suites, 19 one-bedroom suites, and two multi-story Grand Villas (you can get a peek at those in the top left corner of the building in the concept art!).

The project has a proposed opening date of 2023, but with the permits not even being approved yet, there are a lot of potential factors that could push that date back. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more about this exciting project!
