Book Launch for Defying Expectations Oct 15

Orlando and Walt Disney World authors Susan and Simon Veness will be launching their new book, Defying Expectations: Phil Rawlins and The Orlando City Story, at a special signing event at the Broken Cauldron Brewery and Tap Room, at 1012 W. Church Street, Orlando, from 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 15. The Orlando-based husband-and-wife writing duo have teamed up with the Writer's Block bookstore in Winter Park and the big soccer fan center of the Broken Cauldron to feature their latest creation, which was published earlier this month by the University of Nebraska Press. The book launch will include the chance to meet Susan and Simon, hear about the story behind the book, buy copies at a special price, and have them signed by the authors.
