The 5th Annual Grand Floridian Resort and Spa Easter egg display is currently under way.

Executive Pastry Chef Erich Herbitschek of the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa has been designing and hand-painting Easter eggs for 20 years. Each egg is ornamented with edible products, such as modeling chocolate, fondant, sugar floral royal icing, colored cocoa butter and sculpted sugar art pieces. Herbitschek and his dedicated team spent more than three weeks creating these edible works of art. The hollow chocolate eggs weigh 9-12 pounds and stand 16-20 inches tall.

Here’s a video overview of these beautiful works of art, on display through April 4, 2016.
