What great images! Looks very comfortable and cozy just like a vacation should be.
I agree with Jessica. We stayed near Turtle Pond last Oct. in a 1 br and a 2 br and OKW is in dire need of refurbishment. As owners, we were especially disappointed in the bedding (mattresses very uncomfortable and in need of replacement). We did express our disappointment and hope it did some good. The new patio furniture looks terrific!
Regarding the bus situation. I asked one of the bus drivers (years ago) why you could not take a bus to DTD from the parks and he said it was because people would then park their cars at DTD and go to the parks from there, thus limiting the space for shoppers. Makes sense but guests staying at PO, won’t they experience the same results as those staying at SS with bus crowding?
Nice patio furniture. Although, I just recently returned from Old Key West also, stayed in studio 4020 (Old Turtle Pond Road area) and we did NOT have the updated patio. Our room was is pretty desperate need of refurbishment.
Looks great will be nice to sit and relax.
Interesting sign – a way to thwart those who want to avoid paying for parking?
