Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs Launches Street Food Concept

Morimoto Asia Street Food, which had a brief test run several months ago, is a walk-up window on the patio of the new Pan-Asian restaurant that offers sushi, donburi rice bowls and bao tacos, along with other snacks. The menu also features popping boba tea and an assortment of Asian-influenced beers and beverages.

CHEF MORIMOTO INTRODUCES CHEF YUHI FUJINAGA AS EXECUTIVE CHEF FOR MORIMOTO ASIA AT DISNEY SPRINGS

Chef Masaharu Morimoto and Patina Restaurant Group have named Yuhi Fujinaga as executive chef of Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs. Chef Yuhi now oversees the day-to-day culinary operations at the pan-Asian restaurant. Previously, Chef Yuhi was executive chef at Patina Restaurant Group's New York City-based Sea Grill. Known for his modern cooking style, Chef Yuhi draws inspiration from his Japanese heritage and upbringing in Hawaii, where he learned to cook from his grandmother.
