New Streaming Service Disney+ to Launch in Late 2019

Chairman and CEO Bob Iger has revealed that Disney will launch a new direct-to-consumer streaming service called Disney+ in the U.S. in late 2019. New Star Wars and Marvel series for the service are in development.

Disneyland Resort Collaborates with CHOC Children’s to Reimagine the Patient Experience

In March, Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger, announced an innovative plan to dedicate more than $100 million in company resources to reinvent the patient and family experience in children’s hospitals worldwide, as part of the Disney Team of Heroes initiative. Last week, Disneyland Resort announced that CHOC Children’s (Children's Hospital of Orange County) was selected to participate in the program.
