After reading reviews and seeing so many posts from the food from bloggers, I couldn't wait to eat here. We had dinner our last night at WDW here. We ate very little food to prepare for this meal. It was 45 minutes after our reservation that we were finally seated. From the moment we were seated, we were rushed. I asked for a drink menu (I should have said cocktail) and I was told only drinks available were soda, water etc.. The food started coming right away. The food was good, not excellent, but we were so rushed. I found nothing worth paying $60 a person. Unfortunately, we had spent the day at EPCOT, we were casually dressed and looked miserable from heat and sweat, we all felt out of place. I would recommend cleaning up and dressing better then shorts and Tshirt when eating there.

Pros:

Probably the best food we ate while at WDW given we ate Quick Serve for 4 days

Cons:

Overpriced, rushed, was hoping for a fancy drink and was never given or offered the cocktail menu.

We went here for dinner on our last trip and it didn't live up to our expectations. But hear me out! We have a wheat allergy and eat gluten free, so we couldn't get any of the famous noodles, bread pudding, bread, meat skewers, etc; We ended up getting the salad first, which was good, but clearly not meant to show the noodles who's boss. We then got the chicken- which I loved, the steak- which was chewy and disgusting, and the shrimp- which was only mediocre and peeling it was too much work for what you got. My dad got the Mai Tai and absolutely LOVED IT. he thought it was incredible, but not enough to make the food bearable. We also don't really like to gorge ourselves with food and are super conscious about portion sizes so we didn't walk out of there full. It is in a really great location and we were able to watch the fireworks on the sand after. The gluten free replacement for the bread pudding was a coconut milk ice cream, which was okay, but it came with a flower in it which one waiter said was edible. My brother, being seven, ate the flower. Then, the next waiter came by and said that he didn't think it was edible. We ended up having to ask the manager if it was edible or not just in case we needed to take a quick hospital trip. It turned out being edible and fine, but we ended up spending over 400 dollars and walked out pretty upset. It seems like the reason people go are for the desserts, noodles, and things we couldn't eat while we were there, but we still paid the same price. We also didn't use up the all you can eat feature properly, never having another plate of food come to the table. It seems like this just isn't the restaurant for our family but I would consider going again in a pinch if they lowered prices. Although I have to say- I would make the smart decision and go to Epcot for a signature dinner and actually get your money's worth.

Pros:

Bread pudding and noodles? maybe? Location is easily accessible

Cons:

Not worth the hype for allergies or in general as the food is actually not that good

Have to say I was disappointed for dinner. I was so excited to come here and so let down. It had been a long time since I was here and was looking forward to it. I didn't appreciate the prix fixe meal, there were only a couple items that I wanted and a whole lot I didn't care for, wish they still had ala carte menu. It seemed like everything had a sauce on it. Props on the bread pudding and the pot stickers. Just hated to see all the extra food go to waste and had no choice in the matter about what they served us. Our server wasn't particularly friendly either. It felt like she just tossed the family platters on the table and ran. She also tried to guilt trip us about needing some kid friendly foods. Not cool!

Pros:

Bread pudding and pot stickers.

Cons:

Too much over sauced food that went to waste. Really wish I could recommend as I have fond memories from a long time ago but it didn't stand the test of time.

I had heard so much about this restaurant that I just had to eat here. It was ok. Just ok. The noodles were overcooked. The wings and potstickers were fine, but nothing that I really can't get at so many other places. The entree chicken was raw in the middle (which they did take care of and brought us chocolate covered bacon to make up for it, which was very kind...we did not ask for anything, just to get chicken that was cooked all the way through). The bread pudding was amazing! I'm calling this a one and done for us. I'm glad we experienced it, but I don't need to go back.

Pros:

Dessert is amazing, and the view is wonderful.

Cons:

Food is just ok, but definitely not worth the price.

This was our first time dining at Ohana. With how difficult it is to get a dinner reservation and all of the hype I hear about this restaurant I was really excited to eat here. We waited for 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated, which is understandable with a Saturday and Spring Break crowds coming to the resort. The bread and salad were good, I enjoyed the dressing and the butter for the bread. The skillet with pot stickers, noodles, chicken wings and broccolini came first. I was really disappointed with the wings, they were so salty I could only eat 2 of them. The noodles and pot stickers were the best part of the meal.

The steak was not horrible, but not great, just meh. The chicken is thighs, salty and greasy, not a lot of meat on it. I did not eat the shrimp.

The bread pudding desert is good.

For $55 per person I can get a much better meal at steakhouse 71 at the contemporary resort.

Overall I was disappointed.

Pros:

Bread Noodles and Pot stickers

Cons:

Very salty Chicken was not good Steak was meh Not worth the price and hype

We go to Disney World almost every September and have our anniversary dinner there. ( when we are not at Disney Land) Last week we were never so disappointed. Everything seems to have changed. No loaf of pineapple bread, nothing tasted the same. Not enough staff and poor/slow service. Drinks go dry. It’s not the same. I had recommended to some friends a few weeks before and they were not impressed. I am so disappointed please go back to what is expected. The bread pudding was not near as good.It had always been a 10 but now to now be a three. The magic is gone.

Pros:

It was easy to walk up and get in. Could be due to the word is getting around.

Cons:

$175 for three adults before tip no alcohol. Not to Disney standards anymore.

Didn’t live up to the hype.
It pains me to write this review. I was up early on the first morning available to make my Ohana reservation. I still missed out but checked obsessively to try and snag one. Eventually I did, and we planned our entire vacation around this one meal. We dressed the part, and we’re absolutely giddy at the chance to celebrate at Ohana.
However- our server barely spoke to us. He didn’t explain anything, didn’t tell us what the dishes were. I pulled up the menu on my phone and read the menu items off at the table. We felt incredibly rushed. It wasn’t crazy busy, and we didn’t plan on taking up the table for 2 hours…but I felt super disappointed that I never felt relaxed. Our courses were thrown on the table quickly as he walked by. The meats were all over cooked, dry, and lacking taste (except the extreme char flavor).
The taste of the food at the beginning & end of the meal was great…we liked the appetizers, noodles, and bread pudding…but I don’t know if we will stress over eating at Ohana again. Next time we will try the lounge next door.

Pros:

Appetizers, noodles, bread pudding

Cons:

Meat, service, value

We had to wait 20 minutes past are ADR to be seated in the waiting area that was a mess. The tables in the waiting area were covered in glasses and pineapples from prior guest. Once we were seated the server brought us two glasses each of the drinks we ordered (I guess so he would not have to come back and refill) and cold bacon bread. The bread was inedible, it tasted old. The salad was brought right after the bread and the dressing was excellent, but the salad was missing the brittle topping the menu described. Next came the pot stickers and chicken wings. Both were good but the pot stickers did not come with any sort of dipping sauce. The noddles and broccolini came in another skillet. The noddles were
delicious but the broccolini was a few sad unseasoned springs. The meat came at three different times. First the chicken which I did not care for at all, but my son did enjoy the roasted chicken thighs. The steak was next and the bigger pieces of steak were very good but the smaller pieces were dry and burnt. Finally he brought the shrimp and it was tasty but a bit over cooked and again no dipping sauce. All the food was brought at random times some too quickly and others (the shrimp) not quick enough. We were almost finished the rest of the meal. The bread pudding came and it was cold so cold even the warm caramel sauce did not heat it up. It would have been delicious if it were warm.
The server was pleasant but little
to no interaction aside from bringing bowls of food. For the price 55.00 each plus drinks tax and tip so more like 75.00 each it was certainly not worth it. Sad because we were really looking forward to this meal.

Pros:

The chicken wings, noddles and salad dressing

Cons:

The service, the meats, bread pudding served cold and the bread.

The food definitely isn’t as good as it used to be. The shrimp casserole was meh, the bread was dry and THEY CHANGED THE BREAD PUDDING! Disney, please do back to the old recipes!

Pros:

Give me all the noods!! Great pot stickers, wings and kielbasa

Cons:

Basically everything else
