Review: Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course

Posted on
Disney's Oak Trail golf course is a 9-hole course that is surrounded by the more famous Disney Magnolia 18-hole golf course. Oak Trail is listed as a walking course suitable for families and golfers of all skill levels. The par-36 course offers a variety of tees - 2,913 yards for adults to 1,713 yards for kids - and includes access to the Magnolia driving range and putting green. As a Disney Premium Annual Passholder, I was eligible for complimentary green fees at Oak Trail, so I made a tee time online for 9:32 AM on a Wednesday.

Volunteer opportunities for kids at Walt Disney World’s sports events

It's almost summer, and for many kids, that means lazy days of hanging out with friends by the pool or at the beach. That program, however, is designed for employees and their families only. So, what's a kid who loves Disney to do?

MALEFICENT – A Review

Posted on
I go to movies to be entertained, not to analyze and critique. There are certainly plenty of movie critics online if you want that take on a movie. Maleficent is not great but it certainly was entertaining from my perspective. The film takes place in a fantasy world so events and people don't always behave how you might expect. This is the untold story of one of Disney's popular villains, Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. We watch her as a young child explore her world with an open, pure, heart - welcoming, trusting, and loving.
