We can’t believe it, but it’s already been a whole year since Epic Universe first opened. We’ve gone to enjoy the brand-new Universal Park many times, and we just love it! So, you can imagine how excited we are about the possibility of an expansion.
Thanks to @bioreconstruct, we have some new aerial photos showing an expansion coming to Dark Universe. You’re going to want to see this because there’s a lot to dive into.
We recently spotted a permit that suggested a new attraction would be coming to Dark Universe at Epic Universe. We really don’t have details on much else as it pertains to what kind of attraction it could be, a timeline for it, or anything like that. However, we do know that Universal is getting ready to build something, thanks to some new photos posted on X by @bioreconstruct.
There’s also a close-up shot that was provided of the expansion pad for the new project at Dark Universe. This could be where we see a new attraction land.
We have more shots of expansion pads, and there seems to be plenty of space to be used for whatever Universal has in mind for expansion projects.

We’re going to keep a close eye on this expansion as it develops. We’re really excited about the idea of Dark Universe getting more experiences, especially since it’s up there as our favorite land at the park.
