Disney Springs is about to go through some BIG changes!

A new attraction, LEVEL99 is opening in the West Side area that will allow you to compete in interactive games with your friends. On top of that, there are several new stores and dining location changes. But now, Disney has shared more updates for this summer!
The first big announcement is that a new cart called Kakigori Kool will be operated by Morimoto Asia, right outside the restaurant. It will serve the beloved Japanese shaved ice dessert with flavored syrups and fun toppings, like strawberry popping boba and fresh pineapple. We can’t think of a better way to cool off on a hot day! They didn’t give us an exact date for when the cart will pop up just yet.

The other exciting snack update? Create-your-own popcorn bowls are coming to Goofy’s Candy Co! This popular treat has been a hit at Main Street Confectionery in Magic Kingdom, and now you’ll be able to snag it outside the parks as well.

You can choose between caramel, buttered, or citrus popcorn (the Disney Springs exclusive mix!). After that, you’ll select a chocolate drizzle and choose your candy add-ins. A truly customizable snack!

Of course, these aren’t the only things happening at Disney Springs this summer. LEVEL99 officially opens on June 29th, with tickets on sale June 22nd. On select nights, the DescenDANCE Party x Camp Rock Jam will be available at AdventHealth Waterside Stage — a great option for the whole family.

As far as new shops and dining spots go, Six Ravens by Gideon’s Bakehouse is opening this summer, too. Disney says, “Specializing in grab-and-go hand pies, their signature creation, known as Coffyns, is a house‑made yeast‑roll stuffed with savory fillings that draw inspiration from Medieval European pastry cases.” Also, Vans is getting a Disney Springs location this month, and the Oakley store just reopened with a new look.

We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop with any other Disney Springs updates! Subscribe to our newsletter for the latest and keep following AllEars for more.
