When we’re at Disney World, we think splurging on a hotel is always worth it. Disney Villas don’t even feel like hotel rooms — they’re private, standalone buildings that feel like a home away from home!
The best place to splurge at Disney World is by far the Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Disney started refurbishing these standalone villas back in March, and while some will still be under construction until late September, they just released a sneak peek of a finished room!
Walt Disney Imagineering just released a sneak peek of the newly renovated Treehouse Villas by showing us a contractor model room. Imagineers will build one room first and then use it as a reference for other rooms they’ll renovate in the near future. We got a great view of the kitchen and living area, which has a fresh, natural vibe that we love.
For reference, this is what the space looked like before the renovation. Look at the massive difference in the vibes! The room renovation includes new granite countertops, hardwood floors, lighting, furniture, decor, and updated appliances, including the fridge, oven, and microwave.
The bedrooms have been updated for a natural charm with new furniture and decor, notably the new beds featuring animals from Cinderella and The Fox and the Hound.
Let’s zoom in on this headboard and appreciate how detailed it is! It’s really just a massive painting attached to a bed, and we’re so here for it.
And in true Disney fashion, Imagineers have hidden iconic Disney animals all over the Treehouse Villas. This dresser has a wood-carved Gus Gus on the leg!
