According to People, a recent guest of Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground has passed away after suffering a medical episode at the resort.

Police responded to a “person down” request at 7:32 AM on Tuesday, October 21st at the campground’s Conttontail Curl loop.
The Sheriff’s Office later confirmed that “a man in his 60s experienced a medical episode and was transported to a local hospital, where unfortunately he died.”
Officials have not released the name of the man or the official cause of death.

This is the second incident in a week where a Disney World hotel guest has died. On October 14th, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office received a report about a death at Disney’s Contemporary Resort on Tuesday, October 14th. At the time, the sheriff’s office said that the death looked like a suicide.
Our hearts go out to the family and friends of those who have passed.
