If you’re anything like us, then you love Disney souvenirs. Somehow, they get even better when they are miniature!

We’ve recently seen miniature Starbucks tumblers and plushes, but today we’re opening one of the most popular toys out there — Disney Mini Brands!
We’re constantly trying out new essentials for the Disney parks and Disney toys to see if they are worth it. We couldn’t hold off any longer on trying out Mini Brands, so let’s check it out!

Each capsule includes five miniature versions of Disney toys, including dolls, action figures, and more. You’ll peel off the cover of each section to reveal…

…a unique toy! There are 70 souvenirs to collect in this series and six miniature shopping accessories for storing and displaying your collection.

So, is it worth the money? We think they are for collectors more so than kids! We can see children being excited about opening them and finding out what they got, but these are hard to actually play with. For example, there is no Millennium Falcon toy in the box here, so kids don’t get the joy of playing with the toy itself.

When considering the price, how small the collectibles are, and how little they can be played with, the quality is lacking in some of the toys. The animator dolls we opened were adorable…but some other Disney Princess dolls were a tad wonky.

It is impressive just how detailed these are for their size, and like any other blind box or mystery box, the thrill of finding out what you got is exhilarating. Fingers crossed for a rare one you can check off your list!
While the randomness makes this experience what it is, we wish it were a little less random. We noticed some capsules leaned into one fandom more than others. For example, the capsule pictured had three Marvel items, one Star Wars item, and one Disney Princess item. We wish it were more balanced, but hey, that’s part of the fun!

We would order this as a birthday or holiday gift (this is the ultimate stocking stuffer for Disney fans), or even for kids before a trip to the Disney theme parks. Due to the size, we wouldn’t recommend actually taking them into the parks — they are way too easy to lose! If you do, bring a Ziploc bag or something similar to hold them.

You can currently grab a 5-pack of Disney Mini Brands on Amazon for under $30.
These aren’t for everyone, but we can’t deny they are an incredible gift for Disney collectors. Imagine placing these on display around your bigger popcorn buckets or LEGO sets! What do you want to see us review next? Let us know in the comments and stay tuned to AllEars for more!
