It is finally spooky season at the Disneyland Resort as Oogie Boogie Bash has officially started at Disney California Adventure!

This special ticketed after hours event runs on select nights in California Adventure from August 25th to October 31st. This event is so popular that it has already sold out for its 2024 run, which is not surprising since this event sells out year after year. If you were lucky enough to snag tickets or are curious about the layout event, we officially have the map of the event!
Oogie Boogie Bash runs a little differently than Disney World’s Halloween Party, Mickey’s-Not-So Scary Halloween Party. There are plenty of treat trails and specialty entertainment during this party, but the one thing that sets Oogie Boogie Bash apart from its Disney World counterpart is that it is a little scary, and all we mean by that is that this party is more villain-oriented.

“I Am Actually Terrified of This.” Disney Reveals FIRST LOOK at New Oogie Boogie Bash Villain
So what is included on the map? Let’s take a look! First of all, Oogie Boogie is on the cover, of course. It is his party after all! You’ll also find the year and the time the party runs.

When you unfold the first part, you’ll come across a Huluween advertisement. During October, Hulu hosts Huluween with a fun lineup that’ll get you ready for the spooky holiday.

On the other side, you’ll find a Disney+ advertisement for some Halloween-esque shows including Agatha All Along (which is debuting in September) and Wizards Beyond Waverly Place (a reboot of the hit Disney Channel show Wizards of Waverly Place).
Then you’ll find a list of food. There’s not much, but if you want snacks exclusive to the event, here’s what you can grab including the Minnie Mouse Hocus Pocus Halloween Sipper.

Now it’s time for the main attraction — the map itself! This is your guide to finding everything you need at the event including all of the treat trails and PhotoPass spots.

On one side, you’ll find information on Villains Grove, the Frightfully Fun Parade featuring the Headless Horseman, and more.

On the right side, there’s a full list of the treat trails and the villains. Remember, the new ones are Dr. Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb (#2 on the list)and Hades from Hercules (#4 on the list) so they will probably be the most popular!

Don’t want to carry around a paper map? Just scan one of these “Event Guide” signs with a QR code to pull it up on your phone.

There are so many great and fun offerings at this year’s Oogie Boogie Bash! Keep following AllEars for more Disney parks updates.
