ALERT! A Popular Harry Potter Ride Is Reopening TOMORROW!

Things may have seemed a little quieter recently at Hogsmeade in Universal Orlando. That’s because the iconic Hogwarts Express is closed for a temporary refurbishment.

Hey, even trains in the Wizarding World need a little refurb from time to time! But we’ve got some good news about the status of the refurbishment. The Hogwarts Express will soon be back in service!

The Hogwarts Express closed on December 10th, and the refurbishment was set to last through December 16th, 2023. That means that on December 17th, the train will reopen!

If you’re unfamiliar, the train travels between King’s Cross Station in the London area of Universal Studios Florida and Hogsmeade Station in Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Before you board, you can even walk through Platform 9 ¾ — just like Harry Potter and his friends! Plus, be sure to look out the window during your journey; you never know what you might see!

Note that to ride the Hogwarts Express, you will need a Park-To-Park Ticket, as the train rides between both lands of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
