Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is an intricate, immersive land at Disneyland and Disney World that features A-List attractions like Rise of the Resistance, fun dining experiences like Oga’s Cantina, and one-of-a-kind experiences like Savi’s Workshop!
Soon, you’ll be able to enjoy a new Star Wars experience at Disney, this time in virtual reality.
Over at Disneyland’s Downtown Disney, you can experience a preview of the VR game Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge from November 21st, 2021 to January 5th, 2022. In this Virtual Reality story by Meta Quest 2 & ILMxLAB, you’ll be shot down by space pirates and explore the Black Spire Outpost of Batuu, which is the setting of Galaxy’s Edge!
From 12 PM to 8 PM, find the experience near Downtown Disney’s Star Wars Trading Post and talk to a Meta Quest staff member to see if you can either join the line or schedule a reservation. If you enjoy the game, you can play it at home with your Oculus headset!
