Disneyland Is Selling Tickets for Just $70…But There’s a Catch

Disneyland tickets for only $70? Yep, you read that right.

Disneyland

This new deal might sound too good to be true—and depending on where you live, it just might be. Disneyland is offering a special ticket for a very limited time, and it comes with some pretty specific fine print. Here’s everything you need to know before you start texting the group chat.

So, what’s the deal?

If you live in Anaheim—actually live there—you can snag a 1-day, 1-park ticket to Disneyland Resort for just $70. That’s a serious steal considering regular ticket prices start way above that. But here’s the key part: it’s only for residents in certain Anaheim ZIP codes, and there are more conditions to know about before you jump in.

Let’s break it all down.

Who Qualifies for the $70 Disneyland Ticket?

This deal is exclusively for Anaheim residents, and Disney is not using the honor system here. You need to live in one of the following ZIP codes:
92801 through 92809, 92812, 92814 through 92817, 92825, 92850, or 92899.

And yes, you will have to show valid government-issued photo ID with one of those ZIP codes listed. Everyone using the ticket has to be an Anaheim resident, not just the person buying them. If your cousin from out of town was hoping to tag along—sorry, not gonna work.

When Can You Use the Ticket?

The $70 ticket is valid for a single day, at one Disneyland Resort park, between August 4th and September 25th, 2025. Park reservations are still a thing, so before you buy the ticket, you’ll want to check if your desired date is available. And you won’t be able to just roll up to the gate on a whim—planning ahead is required.

How Do You Buy It?

This is another important catch: you can’t buy this ticket online or at the park. The only way to purchase it is by calling (844) 695-1240. You must be 18 or older to make the call. So no texting, no clicking—just good old-fashioned phone service.

You can buy up to 8 tickets per day, as long as all the ticket holders live in eligible Anaheim ZIP codes and the payment is tied to an Anaheim address.

What’s Included—and What’s Not

The $70 gets you a 1-day, 1-park ticket. You can choose either Disneyland or Disney California Adventure, but not both. Park hopping? That’ll cost extra. Want to skip the line with Lightning Lane Multi Pass? Also not included.

Anything Else to Know?

Yes, a few things:

  • Tickets are non-refundable. You can’t transfer or resell them.
  • They can’t be used for separately ticketed events (so no Oogie Boogie Bash access here).
  • The offer can end at any time, even without notice. So if you’re thinking about grabbing it, don’t wait too long.

Is It Worth It?

If you’re an Anaheim resident and you’ve got the right ZIP code, this deal is absolutely worth it. Even if you tack on a Park Hopper or Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you’re still looking at a pretty solid discount compared to regular ticket prices.

And the timing is nice too. You’ll get to visit during Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary Celebration, plus Halloween Time and Plaza de la Familia start up on August 22nd—so the park will be decked out with seasonal décor and special entertainment. It’s a fun time to go, especially if you’ve been waiting for a reason to head back.

Dante and Miguel!

Just remember: if you’re outside the ZIP code bubble, this deal doesn’t apply to you, no matter how close you live to the parks or how many times you’ve been. And even if you’re eligible, there’s no guarantee that the dates you want will still be available unless you book them soon.

So, Anaheim locals, consider this your heads up. If you meet the requirements, jump on this deal while it lasts.
