So we may or may not be obsessed with food at Epic Universe. We can’t stop trying meal after meal and snack after snack, and bringing all the details back to you so you can pick the best dishes during your trip.

We tried a fan-favorite meal at a restaurant we already know and love, so now it’s up to you to decide if you need to add this to your Epic Universe day.
We headed over to Atlantic, located in Celestial Park. This full-service restaurant is themed around the ocean, featuring gorgeous aquatic elements and copper accents.

We’ve heard fantastic things about The Atlantic Burger “au Poivre” at Atlantic Restaurant for $22, so we knew we had to try it.

This is a half-pound custom-blend beef patty, topped with Asiago peppercorn cheese, peppercorn sauce, watercress, and shaved red onion, served on a house-made sesame bun with thick-cut fries.

We requested our burger at a medium temperature, so it had a gorgeous pink center. It was topped with a peppercorn cheese that had been melted on top. We thought the cheese was a huge standout!

The bun was slightly toasted with plenty of sesame seeds that were falling off, and the red onions provided a great crunch. The burger was quite messy with all its different elements, so be prepared to ask for extra napkins.

What we weren’t too sure on was the peppercorn sauce. It had a low, peppery heat, which we liked, but the rest of the sauce wasn’t quite there for us. It was tough to enjoy, no matter how we ate it. Because we’ve heard great things about the burger, we might have gotten a batch where the sauce was different than usual.

We might try this burger again, but we’ve had other dishes, like the incredible sea bass, that we might lean towards getting meals like that again.

We also would rather head to Meteor Astropub for the Astro Pub Burger for $17, which had an incredible flavor and juiciness.
