Disney Cruise Line Made Not One, But TWO Announcements for 2026

There has been a lot of news surrounding the Disney Cruise Line over the last little bit — with the Disney Destiny and Disney Adventure setting sail later this year!

Now we have some more big and exciting news! Disney Cruise Line is bringing back two fan-favorite themed sailings in a whole new way in 2026. So, Disney fans, assemble and get ready to play!

Disney fans get ready for a Marvel Day at Sea and a Pixar Day at Sea! For the first time, Marvel Day at Sea will be bringing its heroes to the Disney Magic voyages out of the Port of Galveston. Pixar Day at Sea will make its return to the Disney Fantasy, sailing out of Port Canaveral, Florida.

Get ready to assemble, as Marvel Day at Sea will sail out of Galveston for the very first time! Marvel Day at Sea will send your family into the thrilling universe of our favorite heroes and even villains. There will be live entertainment, heroic character encounters, special themed dining, and exclusive merchandise. It’ll all lead to an epic battle between good and evil on the upper decks in a thrilling deck party. The party will be for select four and five-night Disney Magic sailings.

Characters include Captain America, Spider-Man, Black Panther, Loki, Thor, and Captain Marvel.

There will be all sorts of experiences and entertainment, such as a big-band star-spangled tribute to Captain America, featuring vintage dance numbers and an appearance from the Captain himself! You’ll also be able to embrace the culture of Wakanda, and see if you have what it takes to be a warrior — recruits of Wakanda will meet for warrior training with the General of the Dora Milaje, Okoye. There will also be activities for the younger heroes, like Avengers Training Initiative, putting your hero skills to the test.

The Avengers will even be calling in Mickey, Minnie, and all their pals as they dress up in their favorite Marvel suits during the special “Mickey and Minnie’s Super Hero Celebration”. To top it all off, the iconic nighttime spectacular, “Marvel Heroes Unite”, will take you on a one-of-a-kind adventure. The show will have thrilling stunts, special effects, and fireworks at sea!

Now we head on over to our pals at Pixar, and take a look at what they’ve got in store for us — because Pixar Day at Sea is coming back! The party will have special character encounters, themed dining, and exclusive merchandise. It will take place on select five-night Disney Fantasy sailings out of Port Canaveral, Florida. So, get ready to experience the stories we love from Toy Story, Monsters Inc., The Incredibles, Inside Out, and Coco.

The party is going to be filled with experiences you won’t want to miss! “Crush’s Totally Awesome Pool Party” will be happening on the upper decks, and it’ll be so totally awesome, dude! The pool party will have dances and games led by Crush’s Pixar Party Patrol. If you think you can impress with your Pixar fashion, put it to the test for the best fashion critic out there, during “Edna Mode’s Style on Parade”.

You must know that a Pixar-themed cruise has amazing food when Remy’s on board! “Anyone Can Cook” is a live cooking demonstration with Disney Chefs, and yes they will have Ratatouille. The Pixar Day at Sea will wrap up with fun and games during the Pixar Pals Celebration on the upper decks. It’ll be a dance party to remember at this thrilling deck party, with all of your favorite Pixar Pals.
