Universal Reveals Epic Universe Previews for Visa Cardholders, Hotel Guests, and More

Universal Epic Universe is opening soon, and select groups of people are already getting to preview the park!

We got to stop by for a media preview, and Team Members have been able to visit with their family and friends. Coming soon, Annual Passholders will be able to visit the park. But you might get the chance to stop by before the May 22nd, 2025 opening date if you’re staying at a Universal Orlando Resort hotel soon!

Starting today, Annual and Seasonal Passholders, active 2025 Military Freedom Pass Ticket Holders, Universal Rewards Signature VISA Card members, and guests staying at any Universal Orlando hotel can purchase tickets to visit Epic Universe during the preview period, which begins April 17th.

During this preview period, guests with tickets to Epic Universe will be among the first to explore the five themed lands and check out the new attractions, restaurants, and shopping locations. It’s important to note that during the preview period, availability of experiences within Epic Universe may vary as Universal puts the final touches on the park.

Universal has also shared that in the weeks ahead, “additional audiences” will be given the opportunity to purchase preview tickets for the park. In anticipation of these previews, Universal Helios Grand Hotel is now accepting reservations for arrivals beginning April 16th. This hotel has a dedicated entrance to Epic Universe, so it’s conveniently located for those who want to visit.

Preview tickets can be purchased now online, but you may experience a wait on the Universal Orlando website due to the volume of visitors. We’ll keep you updated with more information.

If you already purchased an Epic Universe ticket and would like to switch it to a preview ticket (and you qualify to do so), you can call (866) PASS-4-FUN or you can visit guest services on Universal Orlando property.
