runDisney is celebrating an exciting milestone — it’s the 10-year anniversary of the Virtual Race Series!
This is an at-home event that you can run at your own pace in your own space — but that doesn’t mean these races don’t still feature exciting themes and more! And, Disney just revealed the themes for the upcoming 2025 races. Here’s what you need to know!
The 2025 runDisney Virtual Series is taking place — at your own pace — from June 1st to August 31st, and there are some seriously fun individual event themes that are all about classic attractions! You can participate in the Pirates of the Caribbean Virtual 5K…
…a Jungle Cruise virtual 5K…
…and a virtual Big Thunder Mountain Railroad 5K!
And, when you register for the challenge and finish all three races for a total of 9.3 miles, you’ll receive a fourth challenge medal themed to the nighttime fireworks spectacular at Magic Kingdom!
Registration for the runDisney Virtual Series opens on April 1st, 2025, so mark your calendars!
