3 Things Gen Z Is Doing RIGHT at Disney World

Let’s face it, Disney World is a magical place for everyone, but Gen Z? They’ve got the game all figured out!

The crew!

While the rest of us are fumbling with Lightning Lanes or struggling to find the right balance between cute and comfortable in the Florida heat, Gen Z is out here making it all look effortless. Here’s what they’re absolutely crushing when it comes to them navigating the parks.

Mastering the My Disney Experience App

If the My Disney Experience app had a difficulty setting, Gen Z would be playing on Expert. These pros know how to use every feature to their advantage like booking Lightning Lanes, tracking wait times, mobile ordering Dole Whip without breaking a sweat…you name it, they’re doing it!

While some of us are busy digging through paper maps like it’s 1995 or nervously refreshing the app trying to snag a Lightning Lane, Gen Z has already secured their top rides for the day, booked lunch at Space 220, and located the nearest Mickey pretzel stand. Basically, they’ve turned the app into their own personal magic wand.

Researching Disney Hacks on Social Media

Remember when Disney tips used to come in the form guidebooks or that one friend who’d been to the parks “a bunch of times”? Not for Gen Z. They’ve got TikTok, Instagram, and X packed with real-time Disney tips.

From viral snack recommendations to secret photo spots and how to maximize LLMP without losing your mind, these savvy travelers are showing up prepared. They’ve already memorized the parade schedule, know the best time to hit the big attractions, and have all the insider knowledge on where to stand for the shortest post-fireworks exit. Social media has turned into their own personal Disney concierge service, and honestly? We’re taking notes.

Dressing Well Without Sacrificing Comfort

Here’s the thing about Gen Z: they’ve cracked the code on Disney fashion. They’re effortlessly blending style and practicality in ways that make the rest of us question our wardrobe choices. Somehow, they’re pulling off chic athleisure looks, adorable Mickey-themed ensembles, and trendy sneakers that can handle a full day of walking.

They’ve figured out that Florida heat doesn’t have to mean sweat-soaked misery. Think breathable fabrics, bucket hats, and fanny packs (but they make them fashionable). Even their ear game is on point. Honestly they are goals.

It’s super cute for Instagram!

Meanwhile, some of us are still debating whether to wear Crocs or sneakers and trying to remember if we packed sunscreen.

Well, those were just some of your thoughts on how Gen Z is killing it at Disney World right now, and now we’d love to hear from you! In the meantime, stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest Disney news!
