We’re getting hyped for the holidays in Disney World!

From Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Jollywood Nights to the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, there’s going to be quite a few ways to celebrate in 2024. And if you’re staying at a Disney World hotel or plan on visiting them this year, we’ve got great news!
Disney has officially confirmed that the iconic gingerbread displays will be returning to the Disney World Resorts for 2024, along with the stunning Christmas trees in the lobbies.

In this announcement, Disney didn’t specify exactly which gingerbread displays would be returning, but we can at least share which locations had them last year! Of course, the list starts with the iconic gingerbread cottage at the Grand Floridian Resort.

Disney’s Contemporary Resort also has a well-known display — made to look like Cinderella Castle. Each of these gingerbread display locations will typically have treats for sale as well.

Animal Kingdom Lodge typically has a gingerbread display made with some safari animals. We love the ginger-affe here!

Over in the EPCOT resort area, Beach Club is known for its stunning gingerbread carousel display. Each year, the gingerbread team picks a different theme for the horses and overall design.

Last year, its next-door neighbor Yacht Club introduced a new lighthouse-themed gingerbread display.

And of course, there’s usually a miniature replica of the BoardWalk made out of gingerbread inside the BoardWalk Inn lobby. How cute!

Keep in mind, Disney hasn’t confirmed that these specific displays are returning, these are just the ones that we usually see. Disney’s Wilderness Lodge also had a gingerbread display back in 2019. We can’t wait to check out all the holiday decor!
