FULL TOUR of Disney’s New Residential Community!

Have you ever wanted to LIVE in a Disney park?!

If so, you’re definitely not alone! It can be so challenging to leave the parks at the end of a long vacation and go back to the non-magical world. The good news is that if you’ve got big bucks to spend and you’re willing to relocate, you could move into a Disney-made community!

A while back, the company announced they’d be building Storyliving by Disney communities. These neighborhoods are designed in part with Disney Imagineering and have special touches that Disney fans will appreciate. The first of these communities, Cotino, is set to welcome residents later this year. And now we’ve got a sneak peek at the construction!

Disney shared a video inside the Cotino community for a first look and tour of the neighborhood. Check it out!

The video above gives a ground-level view of what it will be like to walk through the community. The tour ends at the Artisan Club, which will be a gathering place for club members and guests, including amenities like Cotino Bay and the Architect’s Fork restaurant. The Artisan Club is currently under construction and Disney plans to share a sneak peek in the future.

But one of the big updates for Cotino is that the community’s first model homes are nearly complete. These houses are built by Shea Homes, and currently, interior finishing touches are being made. The home on the left is part of the Cotino Agrarian Collection, while the one on the right is part of the Cotino Oasis Collection.

Down the street, construction has also began on a model home from Woodbridge Pacific Group. This house is part of the Cotino Aspiron Collection and will feature elements like glass and concrete to give it a modern look.
