We talk about how much we love Disney World, but we can’t forget about Universal Studios Orlando!

Just like Disney World, this theme park has a lot going on, and will be growing larger with the addition of Epic Universe in 2025! If you’re heading to Universal this summer, or anytime soon, these are some essentials we can guarantee you you’re going to need.

Just like in Disney World, your phone is going to die if you’re using it all day. However, finding some charging plugs that aren’t inside a restaurant is more difficult here, so definitely grab a Portable Charger to bring with you!

Unlike Disney World, Universal will make you take your bag off and put it in a locker for pretty much all of their attractions, BUT if you have a Belt Bag, many rides will let you keep it on!

We’ve found these to be IMMENSELY helpful during Universal days, and even though we can’t fit as many things inside it compared to a backpack, not having to stop by the lockers outside each ride can be worth it if you’re in a rides race! The lockers at Universal are also pretty small, so we try to bring a belt bag so it’s not as difficult to take our items in and out!
