NEW Look at Construction on Universal Epic Universe

Construction is moving along at Universal Epic Universe!

Epic Universe is a new theme park at Universal scheduled to open in 2025. The park will feature five distinct lands — Celestial Park, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, Dark Universe, and a new Wizarding World of Harry Potter Land — plus THREE new hotels. Let’s take a look at the latest construction updates we spotted!

On a recent visit to the area near Epic Universe, we were able to check out the latest progress on the construction.

Epic Universe will include two new value hotels — Universal Stella Nova Resort and Universal Terra Luna Resort.

These two value hotels are located across the street from each other and it looks like construction is progressing on both.

These two hotels are located a bit away from the park, but from the backside of the construction area, we could see the Helios Grand Hotel, which will include an exclusive entrance directly into the park.

Lots of detail work is in progress at Helios Grand Hotel, including ornamentation added to the hotel’s tiers and construction on the large dome.

Aerial shots from bioreconstruct also show that progress is being made in the park itself, like these recent updates spotted at the Donkey Kong Mine Cart Madness attraction.

Universal has been building even more hype for next year’s opening by releasing new concept art of Epic Universe and merchandise celebrating the park, plus preparing an upcoming preview center.
