Everyone fits into one of two groups: those who LOVE April Fool’s Day, and those who dread it.
We fall into the former group of people just because we love seeing all the April Fool’s Day pranks and even playing some ourselves. We also love scrolling social media to see our favorite brands post pranks of their own! Last year, Universal Orlando stole the show with their pranks. This year is no different!
If you follow along with Universal on social media, you’ve probably seen announcements for Epic Universe. Each of the lands in Epic Universe will have its own portal — themed to said land. Well, as an April Fool’s joke, Universal showed a brand new portal.

Aligators, I4, and road closures — OH MY! Well done, Universal, well done. That’s not all, though. We saw tons of jokes today. La Cava del Tequila showed an “all-new” guacamole margarita on Instagram.
Oh, and we can’t forget the Orlando International Airport, who shared that an all-new swan-derful mode of transportation would be coming soon to the airport.

And, last but not least, we have LEGO, who shared the 102,213-piece LEGO set — a life-sized Minion named Tim.
