OK, we have a confession. Some people like to window shop for clothing. Some people mindlessly browse the aisles of Target. But us? We like to look at million-dollar houses for sale. Do we have any intention of BUYING a mega-mansion? Probably not. But when Realtor.com exists, we can hardly resist a virtual tour of a Golden Oak home or a Haunted Mansion replica house.

Wait, what? Yes, we casually slipped it in there that a REAL Haunted Mansion house exists. It’s real, it’s huge, and it’s $2.2 million dollars. You have to see it.
Tucked away in the Sweet Bottom neighborhood along the banks of the Chattahoochee River in Duluth, Georgia, you can find a perfect recreation of the Haunted Mansion in Disneyland Resort. It’s a six-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home with plenty of room for you and 999 happy haunts.

From the outside, this is a pretty incredible replica of Disney’s Haunted Mansion, don’t you think? It’s even got that iconic Haunted Mansion sign out front. OK, we simply HAVE to see what it’s like inside.

As cool as it may sound to LIVE in the Haunted Mansion, we can’t say we’d enjoy all that dark wallpaper or that dusty attic after the first few months in our new home. Luckily, this home isn’t quite so spooky inside.

As you can probably tell from the exterior, this was a pretty faithful recreation of Disney’s Haunted Mansion. Well, that’s because the home was originally owned by a contractor for The Walt Disney Company, according to Mansion Global. Since then, the home has taken on a new owner and was sold to the current owners.

Even if the house isn’t quite so ghostly inside, the former owners reportedly “did leave a few of the original gargoyle light fixtures in the elevator shaft stairwell, and the half bathroom on the main floor has an audio-animated mirror that speaks to you when you wash your hands,” according to Mansion Global.

That said, we still spy a few Haunted Mansion-inspired details in the home! Check out this bathroom — we recognize that artwork.

This house is INCREDIBLE! Every room is HUGE, and the details are so thoughtful and special. OK, we want this house.

Take a look at that railing in the center of the room! According to the listing on Realtor.com, “Both upper and lower galleries boast elaborate cast iron forged in a foundry specifically for Disney.” Saw WHAT?!

Realy Haunted Mansion fans will recognize that gate — it looks just like Disney’s!

Of course, the owner’s bedroom is EXTRA special; it includes a private upper porch, a morning kitchen, a super luxurious bathroom, and two, yes, TWO oversized walk-in closets with custom built-ins, including a Carrera marble makeup counter and separate dressing suite.

Ready to move in? It’s going to cost you around $2.2 million dollars — but for a serious Haunted Mansion fan, it’s probably worth every penny. If you’re interested in going down the rabbit hole, you can explore the FULL house online via virtual tour! It’s located at 3816 Turnberry Ct, Duluth, GA 30096. In the meantime, we’re always on the lookout for the latest Disney news, so stay tuned for more.
