It’s a BUSY day in Disney World!

For starters, it’s the kickoff of the 2023 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. On top of that, Trail’s End Restaurant and Crockett’s Tavern are officially reopening at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. With so much going on, it’s not exactly a convenient day for Disney World to be having app issues.
When we opened the My Disney Experience app this morning, we were greeted by the message below. Looks like some technical difficulties are going on!

A little later in the morning, we got an additional notification in the app that said the following: “Discounts are not available for merchandise mobile checkout and mobile order at this time. For assistance, please see a Cast Member at checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience.” So if you’re doing some shopping and you’re an Annual Passholder or Disney Vacation Club member, you may have to jump through a few extra hoops today.

Disney hasn’t shared what the app problems are specifically, but we’ll be on the lookout for any changes or updates and keep you in the loop. Stay tuned to AllEars for the latest!
