D23 Podcast Cohost Jeffrey R. Epstein Had Celebrity-Filled Sendoff in Final Show

With all the recent Disney layoffs and theme park news, a lot is changing within The Walt Disney Company.

Recently, a new episode of the D23 Inside Disney podcast was released, though this wasn’t any regular episode — it was a farewell episode for one of the show’s co-hosts.

Back in April, one of the show’s co-hosts, Jeffrey R. Epstein, stated that his position was impacted by one of Disney’s waves of layoffs. Epstein explained, “My role is one of those which has been impacted by the layoffs here at Disney.”

On May 11th, Epstein’s final episode as podcast cohost was released. The show was filled with familiar faces, including Mickey Mouse voice actor Bret Iwan and actress Yvette Nicole Brown, to name a few.

Epstein expressed his gratitude in an earlier episode, saying, “I have had a wonderful time here at Disney. And I hope my journey leads me back here someday.” 

Long-time Disney fans may remember Epstein’s role as the “Disney Geek” from an older Disney YouTube series.
