Have you been keeping up with all the latest Lilo & Stitch news?

We don’t mean the animated film — we mean the live-action remake that’s happening! We’ve been keeping up with all the cast and crew announcements and changes that have been made, and now it seems some more exciting news has been revealed.
Previously, Zach Galifianakis was rumored to play Stitch in the upcoming film (he is now officially cast as Jumba), but The Hollywood Reporter has learned that the original voice of Stitch, Chris Sanders, is in final negotiations to voice the iconic character once again.

Tia Carrere who voiced Nani is returning as a new character, Mrs. Kekoa, while Amy Hill, the original voice of Mrs. Hasagawa, will play another new character named Tūtū.

Production is officially underway in Hawaii, and we’re looking forward to seeing more cast announcements and updates as they’re released, so stay tuned to AllEars!

They need to stop making live action of animated movies. Come up with new original stuff. Walt didn’t redo things he had his crew do new stuff all the time. Keep Moving Forward was the saying.
