PHOTOS: What Valentine’s Day Crowds Are REALLY Like in Disney World

Happy Valentine’s Day from Disney World!

Let’s celebrate the holiday of love!

We’re taking everything this holiday of love has to offer around the parks and resorts, and it looks like we’re not the only ones. Let’s see just how BUSY Disney World is on Valentine’s Day this year!

Disney World knows how to celebrate a holiday — with exclusive eats, entertainment, and more. It’s no wonder people would want to spend the day in the parks — but just how many people are in Disney World today?

Main Street, U.S.A. crowds

We first arrived at Magic Kingdom, and there were already quite a few people around! We noticed that more guests than usual seemed to be watching Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire (the show that happens on the Cinderella Castle stage).

It’s definitely busy up by the castle!

As we walked around to the various lands, we found that it was pretty congested.

There always seems to be a bottleneck here in Fantasyland.

The crowds weren’t shoulder-to-shoulder, but it was definitely busier than we’ve seen on some days recently. Next weekend is Presidents Day Weekend, so it’s possible that some people are arriving early for a holiday break.

Some of the lines for the rides were even extending out past the regular queue. Wait times weren’t absolutely atrocious, but they were definitely on the slightly longer side of things.
