Who doesn’t love a good festival that is ALL about food and wine?
We ALWAYS enjoy the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival at Disney World, but now we’re gearing up for the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival at Disneyland. Now, we have a first look from at the festival.
The festival will take place from March 4th through April 26th and will feature delicious foods and wines from around the world. The festival will include a dozen festival marketplaces offering up small bites and drinks, but there will also be some unique items to be found at existing dining spots.
You’ll be able to grab some special festival items at Pym Tasting Lab and Terran Treats at Avengers Campus.
In addition, you’ll be able to see entertainment and presentations in the Hollywood Backlot in Hollywood Land, including “Alice’s Wonderland Bakery Unbirthday Party,” which is based on the new Disney Junior animated series Alice’s Wonderland Bakery. This will give kids age 3-11 the chance to decorate their own cupcakes.
You’ll also see Chef Goofy in this area and have a chance to dance with Chip ‘n’ Dale while the Jammin’ Chefs serve up their signature rhythms using pots and pans.
On weekends, guests can watch a culinary demonstration on the Hollywood Backlot Stage. There will also be “signature events” offered for a separate fee, including the Carthay Circle Winemaker Receptions and mixology seminars at Sonoma Terrace.
And, of course, there will be loads of festival merchandise, like this fun spirit jersey…
…and this tumbler.
The Sip and Savor Pass will return, too — guests will be able to buy the pass, which will include “eight coupons redeemable for select food and non-alcoholic beverages at participating locations.”
Disney has not yet announced the full list of marketplaces or menus yet, but as soon as we have those details, we’ll let you know!
