So I ordered the Happily Ever After Cinderella magic band for myself and my granddaughter..it showed as completed..as well as showed with our names. When I went in to order a different magic band for my other granddaughter, these bands were no longer showing on our names and now are not offered. What happened?
Hi Debbie! Did you order them from ShopDisney? I would contact them directly to ask what may have happened to your MagicBands.
No…thru our package under online My Disney Experience.
Hi Debbie! In that case, you will need to call Disney’s Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 and explain what happened. They should be able to get you squared away. 🙂
