This Disney news is for all the teachers out there!
Disney just announced that for Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration, they will be giving 50 teachers a chance to win a trip to Disney World and participate in some exclusive inside looks at how Disney uses imagination and how they can bring it to the classroom!
Disney is now looking for exceptional teachers who inspire their students to use their imaginations for a new contest in honor of Disney World’s 50th anniversary! They will be awarding 50 teachers the opportunity to attend a 4-day, 3-night stay at Disney World, including a visit to the Disney Imagination Campus, where they will be able to engage with Disney leaders and storytellers for more imagination inspiration to take back to their classrooms.
In addition to visiting Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration, this exclusive teacher event will allow winners to get an inside look at Disney Imagination Campus workshops featuring subjects such as Performing Arts, Leadership and Innovation, Arts and Humanities, and Science and Technology.
Qualifying teachers can apply on Disney’s contest website and entries will be accepted through October 31st. If you want to apply, you must submit a short essay in which you highlight an example of how you’ve used imagination in your classroom to encourage your students to learn and solve problems, as well as how you’ve used your own imagination and creativity while teaching.
50 winners will be chosen and notified starting on January 10th, 2022. Remember, you must submit your entry by October 31st, so mark your calendar and don’t miss the deadline! Keep reading AllEars for more Disney World news!
