My News 13 has reported that Ice Breaker, originally scheduled to open in 2020, will now make its official debut in February of 2022. It was initially delayed until the spring of 2021, but due to the ongoing pandemic, its opening had been delayed once again.
Park president Kyle Miller said in a recent statement that “We recognize there was a lot of anticipation and excitement for this new ride, and then due to the unprecedented challenges of the last two years, the opening was delayed…We apologize for this delay and thank our fans for their patience. We know that they are going to love this one-of-a-kind thrill ride which complements our existing exhilarating ride portfolio perfectly.”
