In the past few months, we’ve seen quite a few discounts on the old (and even new) designs!
Back in April, shopDisney hosted a sale on mask sets where they were as little as $2.50 each, and shortly after in May brand new mask sets popped up online for only $7. Plus, once Disney announced that masks would no longer be required in most outdoor and outdoor locations, masks got an even steeper discount online (they were only $3!) and became buy one, get one free in the parks. But, it looks like the pricing may be changing once again.
Thanks to Theme Park Journalist and Podcaster, Carlye Wisel, (@carlyewisel), we noticed that the cost of Disney face masks have been raised back to their original price and they are no longer on sale on shopDisney as of today.
So, now you’ll pay $11.99 instead of $3 for masks that come in a 2-pack…
…$19.99 instead of $6 for a pack of four…
…and $12.99 instead of $3 for a single mask with the spirit jersey material.
UPDATE: When we checked on July 29th (one day after the original posting of this article) we noticed that Disney’s masks were once again on sale online.
Recently, the CDC updated its guidance on face masks to recommend that all people (regardless of vaccination status) wear masks in areas where there is a “high” or “substantial” transmission of COVID-19. And, the entire state of Florida is currently classified as a “High transmission” location.
The current mask policy still remains in place at Disney World, with masks optional both outdoors and indoors (in most locations) for all guests.
Update: Disney World’s mask policy is set to change soon. Guests will soon be required to wear masks indoors regardless of vaccination status.

It isn’t that they are raising the prices again, it was because they had “Free-Shipping” promo going. The few other times they run the promo they remove the discount for the masks. I know because the 2 times I wanted to get free shipping to order the masks they raised the price.
The promo is gone now and if you check the masks are back to the discounted amount.
We knew the mask mandate was coming. This price increase is no surprise…no need to move out the inventory. Typical of Disney greed.
Now that right there is a crime. Shame on them. As if we needed any more proof that Disney was motivated by pure greed.
