For almost a full year and a half, at least one Disney Resort has been closed somewhere around the world.

Even as Disneyland finally opened in April, there was one resort that remained shuttered. Disneyland Paris has reopened and reclosed and today, the park officially became the final Disney Resort around the world to reopen from the historic 2020 closures.
Yep, Disneyland Paris reopens today and marks the first time in 17 months that all Disney theme parks are open worldwide. You can watch the video celebrating right here!

With all of the parks reopened, Disney continues to look forward to the relaunch of Disney Cruise Line, more resort hotel reopenings, expansion of Adventures by Disney, and some major anniversaries (like Disney World’s 50th).

In a statement about the reopening of Disneyland Paris, Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Josh D’Amaro said, “As you can see, we have a lot to celebrate today, and we’re incredibly optimistic about our future. The world is beginning to recover and reopen, and while we still have work ahead … we will always rise to the challenges and opportunities that shape our business, and embrace a future full of endless possibilities.”
